These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the DJ Baji platform and DJ Baji. djbaji.pro By accessing the website or app, registering, or using the platform in any way, you are automatically considered to have read and agreed to these terms in full.

DJ Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or court orders.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month after 12 months of inactivity. No fee applies if the balance is zero.

The deadline to file any claim against DJ Baji is a maximum of 6 months. Any claim not submitted within this period will be considered void.
